Yeah, this appears to be a story post and not a direct message since it doesn't say "to you" at the top, and so I have my doubts because if she accidentally posted this on her instagram story (or a hacker logged in and did it) back when she was still at ESPN years ago this would have been pretty noteworthy and I don't recall hearing anything about this.

Also possible that it could be a real picture that some oddball photoshopped the instagram UI over to make it look like she accidentally posted it?
