Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
- 7 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
- Experience in Apps advertising.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.).
- Experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement, and ad- tech solutions.
- Experience in media management or advertising effectiveness research.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

The Head of Data, Measurement and Analytics leads a team of pod-aligned Data Transformation Leads and Analytical Leads to grow Google business and advance client data, tech, and measurement maturity. This role will lead that work for customers in the Apps vertical.
In this role, you will be the team's Measurement and Analytics expert, lead the team's strategy across data and measurement priorities, and serve as an active member of the Apps Vertical leadership team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Promote clients on the value proposition of Google measurement solutions required to unlock customer objectives and growth. Communicate the value proposition of data and tech infrastructure to clients.
- Understand, interpret, apply the nuances of App advertising, both within Google's product suite and across the industry more broadly.
- Deliver business insights, investigative, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to demonstrate and optimize business outcomes.
- Support team in delivering full funnel measurement strategies and learning agendas, including identifying new business opportunities to drive customer outcomes. Coach and inspire the team to focus on the value opportunities, scale successes, and define clear swim lanes.
- Lead, and manage relationships with senior internal and external leaders. Lead regular discussions to understand business challenges and collaborate with partners to deliver on measurement and business goals.
